🌟 What is "Ladkiyon ki Udaan"?
“Ladkiyon ki Udaan” (The Flight of Women) is a national awareness and training campaign launched to empower young women to become certified drone professionals, while also reinforcing India’s push for equality, innovation, and skill development.
The campaign doesn't just aim to train drone pilots — it aims to create changemakers. These are individuals who will fuel India’s emerging drone economy, contribute to Made-in-India solutions, and inspire more women to pursue careers in aviation and technology.

Martianis Aviation is proud to align this campaign with the “Make in India” and “Atmanirbhar Bharat” missions. Every graduate of our program becomes a part of India's self-reliant drone industry. From manufacturing to mission planning, our students are equipped not just to fly drones, but to build, manage, and scale drone operations across sectors.
We are creating professionals, not just operators — skilled individuals who will contribute meaningfully to:

👩🎓 Who Can Join?
The program is open to young women (18–65 years) who are 10th pass and above or Equivalent — with a passion for tech, flying, or new-age careers. No prior experience is needed. All you need is determination and a dream.
Through this initiative, we are making sure talent doesn’t go unnoticed — whether from small towns, villages, or metro cities.
