Career Opportunity: Drone Pilot – Small & Medium Category (Sub-Contract Basis)

Martianis Aviation is looking for skilled and certified Drone Pilots to join our growing network on a sub-contract basis. This role is ideal for dynamic individuals trained to operate Small & Medium Category drones (up to 25kg) for a variety of commercial and field-based missions.

Role Overview:

As a Small & Medium Category Drone Pilot, you will be responsible for executing drone operations in sectors such as agriculture, land mapping, inspection, surveillance, and logistics. You will work on a project-to-project basis, providing flexibility while being part of a professional and fast-growing UAV network.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate rotary or fixed-wing drones up to 25kg
2. Conduct pre-flight checks, mission planning, and post-flight reports
3. Coordinate with ground teams and clients on-site
4. Ensure compliance with DGCA and local UAV operation regulations
5. Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance during field operations

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Valid Remote Pilot Certificate (Small or Medium Category)
2. Hands-on experience with drone flight in field or commercial environments
3. Willingness to travel for assignments across districts/states
4. Familiarity with mission planning software and GPS-based operations
5. Professional attitude, punctuality, and communication skills
